I post daily selections for National Hunt, All Weather and Flat races, UK only, usually before 6am. I back my own selections on Betfair, and whilst historic data is no guarantee of future success, I make a regular profit.  Since 1st June 2010 I have been proofing my results to Racing Index http://www.racing-index.com/tipsters/proofed/moonhorse.html   .

The selections are selected from my own betting portfolio, and I endeavour to post my best “value” bets each day. It is essential to have a  long term plan based on a reliable staking system. I personally use a percentage of bank staking system, e.g.starting bank £100, bet 3% of bank per selection (initially £3 stake, stake adjusted daily according to size of bank).
